THE SAINTS JOACHIM AND ANNE COUPLE PRAYER WEEKEND
 The
impact that shared daily prayer between spouses has on the happiness
and well-being of marriages is dramatic, with one national study
indicating that the divorce rate for couples attending church
together regularly and praying together daily is less than 1
in 1100 marriages. This special Weekend Retreat will help you
experience firsthand how so many couples are becoming lifelong
soul mates simply by learning how to pray together safely, closely,
comfortably and consistently. Our facilitators, Deacon Bob and
Kathy Ovies, have presented the original six-week Couple Prayer
Series in 45 parishes in the Archdiocese, while the full series,
in DVD form, is being experienced in parishes and homes across
the country, as well as in Canada, England, Australia, South
Africa and Kenya, where the Bishop of Meru is having it translated
into Swahili for use "in every parish in the diocese".

of Loyola for seeking and finding "God's Will," the
essential conditions for sound and trustworthy discernment,

A Way To Prepare for Lent and Easter, 2012
You are invited to an 8-Week Program that teaches you how to meditate
and contemplate the great themes and stories of the Bible by using
the methods of prayer drawn from St. Ignatius of Loyola’s Spiritual
Exercises.
Please note, this is not Bible Study but Bible-based Prayer.
