Pauls Letters to the Galatians and the Philippians with
Jan Fletcher
ends
The letter to the Galatians has been called one of the most
important documents of early Christianity. In it Paul forcefully
defends his proclamation of the Gospel, and
what the letter lacks in length it surely makes up for in theological
argumentation and fury! His letter to the Philippians, on the
other hand, reveals a different Paul , a man who writes affectionately
to the Christians at Philippi and who inspires the devotion
and love of those he evangelizes. In these two brief letters
we experience the faith and commitment, the gentleness and the
passion of the man who is Paul of Tarsus. Join us as we get
to know Paul better!
Tuesdays: Jan. 24; Feb. 7 & 21; March 6 & 20; Apr.
3 & 17
Time: 9:30 11:30 a.m.
Cost: $75 per person [$40 for additional family member]
