by reading Fr. Hauser's book Finding God in Troubled

The class is about how the early Christians came to a deeper
awareness of Jesus identity and mission by searching their
Scriptures for illumination. How Growing Christian Insight into
Jesus Identity Redefined Old Terms. Each New Testament
title for JesusChrist/Messiah, Son of God, Son of Man,
the Word, the Lord, among othersis rooted in the Old Testament.
We will explore the Biblical background of some of these titles
in the hope of coming to a deeper insight into Jesus ourselves.
