Fr. Hancko was born September 17, 1920 in Slovakia, in the small village Likavka under the Choèské Mountains at the site of the ruins of castle Likavka, only half a kilometer from Ruzomberok. He died on April 30, 1995 in Presov in eastern Slovakia. Hancko joined the Jesuits and spent 44 years in missionary work. More
