Weekend Retreat for Men and Women
Silent retreat for men and women in the tradition of St. Ignatius of Loyola
Lent is a sacred season of spiritual growth and transformation. In her book Boundless Compassion: Creating a Way of Life, well-known author Joyce Rupp “extends an invitation to grow in the kind of love that motivated Jesus to be a compassionate presence.”
A retreat for anyone longing to be a compassionate presence in the world today, this weekend away calls participants to cultivate the seeds of compassion that are planted across faith traditions and found in insights from theology, spirituality, science, sociology and psychology.
Boundless Compassion facilitators Sr. Mary Dean Pfahler and Suzanne Carter use presentations, media resources, personal reflection time and guided prayer as catalysts for a renewed commitment to be a compassionate presence in a troubled world.
